Stolen Car Poll
With all the stolen car posts in the civic forum I was curious to see who has been a victim. I know plently of people who have had stereo equipment and other things stolen.
I am about to move into the city to go to school and I am honestly worried. So how many times, or not at all have you been touched by these ***** thieves.

Brother has lost two cars: 94 LS and a 99 Si
Sister lost two: 95 Ford Probe and 95 Jetta VR6 (stolen twice)
Me: Not even a CD player stolen *knock on wood
Oh and sister lost two sets of rims in seperate incidents.

My car was broken into once, and all they stole was my broadway....so i got lucky 
My front H was stolen as well, damn punk kids!

Someone broke into my CRX and stole $1300 bucks in gauges outta my car.

I was broken into once in my old car. I didn't have anything in the car but they took my books, art supplies, backpack and my Sketch book. WTF do they want with my school stuff!

I let my mom borrow my car the other day and all of her christian worship cd's got stolen, i just think thats hillarious, i hope they listen to them and feel guilty about it, but they can keep em all, now my mom can't listen to that **** in our house anymore

my first car a 86 toyota camry got broken into 4 times and stolen once. my recent car 94 si was broken into once and stolen once. and guess what i found out, it's almost always people who know what you have! i was able to find out who stole my car recently(insurance took finger prints,and my uncle is a cop) and my buddies and myself found the dude at some club, beat the **** out of him and his buddies and took a whole bunch of **** from his car that were mine!! and guess what's next, i'm gonna find out where he lives and take back all my stuff especially my motor, rims, etc!! damn thieves!!

Mine's locked up in a garage during the night. During the day... well, I go to one of those exclusive universities were BMWs and Mercedes' are as common as beat-up 25 year old Chevys and Fords are in Pep Boys' parking lots, so Hondas don't really get messed w/ there...
Anyone have a theory yet on covering the car w/ a car cover? I'm about to gradumacate, so I can't rely on being in a safe area all the time...

left my car running in front of my house for 2 minutes to warm up and someone jumped in and drove away for me
it was recovered about 10 blocks from my house so i as lucky (nothing missing)

I had all my Alpine stereo equipment ( amp, subwoofer and box, radio, and some gauges) stolen out of my Civic in my driveway on Thanksgiving morning in 2001...IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! about 15 feet from my bedroom.... I am so happy that they did not steal my car.. :knock on wood:
