TireRack and 1010Tires lists 175/70-13 as the original 13" size, making 185/60-14 a correct 14" sizing. Using 185/65-14 would result in too large of a diameter.

don't mean to jack the thread but I got a question about the stock tire size on the EM1 rims. I bought them from a fellow HT member with 205/55-15's on them and they look... well really too big for the rims. Is that the stock size, or is the stock size smaller?

Then you can see your original stock tire size or pick other sizes: "Optional Tire Sizes available in 13 14 15 16 17 18 diameters"

Example for a 95 Civic DX Sedan:
175/70-13
185/60-14
195/50-15
205/40-16

ok so the stock size for these rims is 195/55-15. Anybody put 50 or 45 on these? Stupid question but is it possible to put 200/50 tires on them?

I had BFGoodrich 205/50's on my EM1. Looks real wide, kinda balloon-tirey.

yea they look really wide on mine too, I like the wide look but the 205 is almost too wide on it, and the 195 is too thin, do they even make a 200?

In that case, either 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 is the size you want.

OK... they're brand new so I gotta wait till they wear down. Probably go with the 205/50.
