Like stated by 'dood' PSI is completely irrelevant.
The D16z6 can handle just about 400whp on stock sleeves, as long as the block is in good condition. Sleeves are not the first weak point on this motor, the ringlands are.
What pistons/rods are you putting in the build?

cp pistons and eagle rods probably also looking at srp pistons but i'm leaning towards cp but eagle rods fo sho
what compression pistons should i run? suggestions?

Re: (94c1v1cex)
vitara's are cheap as expletive and knock a little, can easily take 300+ whp and in excess of 25 ponds of boost on a tdo4h 1st gen
seriously you could get them from a 98-99 vitara also known as G16B pistons suzuki

I personally went with CP pistons and Crower Rods (yea $700).
Eagle Rods work very well too...with Crower however, you dont need to notch the cylinder walls...eagles, tuner toys, scat, etc. you will have to.
With CP I would get the 9.0:1 compression, and with a Cometic MLS Headgasket, you will be even lower.

Why do you want to sleeve it?
How much power are you looking for, and what turbo do you plan on running?

From the sounds of it, you're not looking to make this a track car huh?
You have to tell me what "As much power as i can" means...I can tell you how to make a good 250whp DD or a 400whp track car w/ that motor.
You just have to explain what your goals are

Re: (1995Civic)
its not THAT hard to notch a block, i mean you could do it with a dremal if the block is bare, and just hot tank or batch it when your done cutting, its time consuming and youll go through bits like nothing but if your on THAT tight of a budget it works, either that or just go buy a real cutoff wheel/grinder, also vitara;s imho are not a "half-assed" build but it doesnt get you the magizine credential or the show scene hyped becuase you used 100 dollar cast pistons
the metal used in the casting process of the vitara's is equal to or greather in that forged metal used on typical aftermarket pistons
not al fogeing processes are better than all casting it really depends on the type of materials used and the process it has been through

I didnt say it was hard...I was simply stating that he wouldnt have to do it with Crower Rods. Thats all.
Hard?..not at all. I was just informing him in case he didnt know.

Re: (spork motorsports)
a t3/t4 turbine is imh too big for that biggest turbo id go for roadrace daily to get some torque low end is a t3 saab, but imho THE BEST turbo for a d16z6 is a tdo4h first gen mitsu
turn it up to 25 psi the viatras and stock sleeves can handle it on a good tune and just daily drive that biach

Hellll no the t3/t4 turbo is not too big for this motor when its fully built...i think its much too big for a stock turbo setup, but not when built on 25lbs.
Besides, Vitara's have proven to hold up to 400whp, however they are still a cast piston that I wouldnt rely on too heavily.
I have a z6 motor being fully built w/ CP pistons and Crower Rods, and obviously other parts w/ a Precision SC61 going on that bitch...t3/t4? perfectly fine.

Re: (1995Civic)
my thing is i want a dependable daily driver that has that 325-350 hp to smoke anything that rolls up on me around here... (not alot of power around here) but there are a few people that think they are the **** with theyre camaros that are slow as ****...
in another thread i talked about a good friend of mine that has a fully built minime boosted w/ a garret t3/t4 hes at 413 whp and that car is ****** quick nothing around here has a chance hes got well over 15k in that car its ridiculous... and he's only let me drive it like 4 or 5 times haha
but he daily drives it and drops a gear and kicks *** when he needs too haha
thats what i want... just minus about 75 hp and a shitload of money...
