Stock rims with Falken Azenis
I am wondering if you can fit a 195/60-14 Falken Azenis on the stock civic 14x5" rim from the 2k civic EX. The stock tire is a 185/65-14, so could you go just a little wider? I think Falken says to go with a 5.5"-7.0" rim width on this tire. Would half an inch really matter that much? Has anyone ever done this before? I am just looking for a good performance tire for this rim.

Re: Stock rims with Falken Azenis (maxpsi)
Yeah, they will fit. They won't perform as good as they would on a wider rim, but you shouldn't have a problem if it's generally for street driving.
Here is a link to a thread in the Autocross/Road forum about 14" azenis. A couple people put in there opinion about 5" wide rims. Overall I hear good things. Running them VERY hard on a road track is the only time you might be dissipointed. But again, that's racing and not general street driving. I say go for it. I'm waiting to get some 14" azenis for myself (6" rim).

nobody really says anything about the honda OEM 14x5 rims. I am not going to be hitting the track with these. I just want to improve my 60ft. times, and generally not spin as much.

Again, yeah they will work. There should be no problem putting them on a 14x5 rim. As far as improving the 60ft times, I'm sure they will be better than your stock tires, but the azenis really isn't designed as a drag tire.
