Pics? And is this going on the EG in your avatar (what car)?

If it's a '92-'95 then you have have the pipe that connects the throttle body to the air box, and then the resonator that goes behind the bumper in the wheel well.

Props on canning the Ebay intake. My EM1 came with a crappy HiperFlow and I will be replacing it with the OEM intake as well. I'm also kind of pissed that there was a plastic tie supporting the short ram from the strut bar which rubbed a bunch of paint off of the brace . Oh well, it's an excuse to repaint it.

The pipe/box on the left connects to the throttle body, the box/pipe on the right connects to the one on the left and goes behind the bumper in the passenger wheel well.

You might have to pop the bumper off (or at least that side).

if i were you, id cut part of the resonator off and leave it as an open pipe that connects to you stock airbox, ghetto cold air intake with a stock box.

That's what I've always wondered. I have been looking for a stock (SiR/SiR-II)airbox for my EG/B16A but can't find one.

Anyone know of a place?

I like the way everybody disses ebay piping, meanwhile it's the same piping as AEM would use. The only thing that matters will be the filter...so ANY pipe...with a K&N or AEM filter = win, simple as that.

LoL

"You'll love the low end power you will get back"

Yeah, you'll love it almost as much as you love the restriction in air due to the smaller diameter piping.
