1992 civic dx sedan 5 speed stick shift
I just bought this car and i need to know if its been lowered or not anyone know what the stock height the body is off the ground and with what size tires it mesures with

My ex coupe is like 4 or 5 in off the ground, just eyeballing it. Stock suspension

Why not inspect the shock and springs?

I would need to know what size tires to measure the
Wheel gap and even tread would make a difference

I think he meant "inspect the shocks and springs to see if they are stock or aftermarket." You will have to turn the wheel all the way in either direction and then most likely wipe the road grime/dust off the springs. If they are just plain black springs with no lettering on them, chances are they are stock.

only catch is if they cut the OEM springs tho, but OP take/post pics ?

Sure ... I can close it as a moderator. But, I am wondering if in these past six years you ever figured out the stock height? Curious because I want my car at roughly that height also.

I never found the answer. I drove the car till almost 400,000 miles and sold it for 800 when it needed a new clutch.




Went and got me a 2013 civic si coupe.. Love It!




It also really needed a paint job. Lol
