Trying to find out of this is true or not. I've seen SO many people on H-T posting up 15 second times on a basically stock SOHC motor. Someone please post a timeslip for visual proof.

Damn, that is impressive for bone stock! I have seen bolt-on EX's that couldn't do that.

That is one hell of a 60' for "crappy" tires. Maybe I will be happy if I can hit a 15.9 in my 95 EX with intake, 2.25" exhaust and good tires.
BTW: What were you racing in that run? Nice

That was like 2 years ago, but i think it may have been a Grand National.

My best is a 16.5@82 in my 93 EX with an intake on Yokohama ES-100 tires.
The local track is UPHILL and has no grip so I guess I'm doing good

Some guy kept telling me a Stock civic couldnt do anywhere near fifteens because of it's WHP rating. ANd I said there are plenty of people hitting into fifteens. Regardless of how high the fifteen is. Had to show him a timeslip at his request. Thanks to H-T. I proved my point. :D

Re: (93hb)
I ran 16.2 the track w/ the stock motor. Having a heavy *** car and no trq. is very bad. When I had my bone stock B16 swap in my 94 Si that weighs 2400lbs, I ran a 15.0@90mph w/ a 2.3 60'. W/ the ITR swap w/ bolt ons i ran a 13.9@101 w/ 2.2 60'. Displacement owns.
