a lot of people are able to run even a b18c5 w/ the standard civic radiator.
Run it for awhile and see if you need to upgrade. Then if you decide you need to look at the del sol/auto civic dual core radiator

personally i had a stock rad. in my 93 civic for a while and my car was turboed with a b20b swap and it held up fine. but i switched it now to a fluidyne b/c i upped the boost on it. if you are still worried about it use it with some redline water wetter and just water and you should be just fine. hope it works out for you later.
