Stock block or B18C for 5th Gen

Default Stock block or B18C for 5th Gen

Does anyone have any suggestions or info on any of the following
Here's my options:
1)B18C1
2) Stock block with the following
high compression forged pistons ~11.5:1
forged connecting rods
Big cam
crankshaft, possible stroker kit if it exhists
light flywheel
new clutch
LSD
Complete headwork valve springs port/polish...ect (the whole 9 yards)
bored MAF and throttle body
Apex afc
fuel pump
injectors
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator

I can do the entire rebuild by myself so it is just the parts that are costing me
I would pay for someone else to do the engine drop
What is the amount of power i could squeeze out of the stock block
if it is more than 140 i think i would rebuild, i'm interested on how to rebuild an engine(i have a friend that knows how to do all the work and has rebuilt 3 honda engines)
Any information on where i could find the parts i listed, if they exhist or not
How much hp will the stock transmission and axles handle?
Any other information on the stock block potential will be appreciated.
If you think im defintly wasting my time if i build up the stock 1.5 L tell me or if i have mistated anything. Any other mods you would suggest w/ a n/a stock block for example i/h/e which i would probably do on either engine. porting intake manifold ect.

I know there is someone in this forum with a non vtec single cam that is fully built up that ran a 13.9, so this shows that the stock motor has a lot of potential.
