stock B18B in ek ferio quater mile time??
hey whats up, sorry for the noob question, i've done a search but nothing came up.....
what time are you guys running with stock B18B's over the quater mile??
im just trying to get some indication of what i can expect to get tomorrow, im having my first timed runs so i wanna know if what i get is good or not?? although the traction here in South Africa (well i've heard especially my local strip) is really bad...
my car is as follows..
99 ek ferio
B18B (came stock in the car in south Africa)
SHORT RAM INTAKE/4-1HEADER/51MM 3 BOX EXHAUST
195/50/15 yokohama A539 tyres...
what do you guys think ishould get with this setup??
/*ps i know this should prob. go in the hybrid forum but i figgured that most guys who do a swap do some work before dropping the engine, there must be a couple guys withINTERNALLY stock LS's... lemme know your times!!!
ps here's my car...
thanks in advance

Wow, well thank god you bolded it.
You hit the nail right on the head.
Post this some place else, it doesn't have tech value and every car is different. Also, every driver is different, you can't just name setups and have somebody throw a time out, there's WAY too many factors.

GDD.
You have to understand, it's all a big *** opinion poll.
You're not gonna have a clue as to what it's going to run until you get it to the track.
I mean environmental factors including altitude, temperature, pressure. Driving skills, every engine is different - so how well it runs. How powerful it is, etc.
You can't just guess at this.
Though if you wanted people to - GDD (General Discussion/Debate Forum) would be the best bet for this.
This, the hybrid forums are all tech forums. This is not a technical post - it's an opinion post. It's better argued out in the GDD .
