guys just a simple question plz help out.
i have a stock b16a with gsr cams running a gt35r turbo on 10 psi. the question is will the engine support 1 bar of boost on stock internals? plz suggest.

yes i need to because i am planning to run 1 bar or 0.9 bar of boost. just need to know that a stock block B will support?

You run based off of the ability of the engine to handle a certain level of horsepower, not pounds of boost. Stock B series can handle about 300hp before you have to start to worry. I don't know about B series but the MAP sensor can handle about 10PSI of boost before it needs to be upgraded.

exactly pushing 10psi on my B is making around 300hp. but i needed to know that maybe ppl have run more boost on their stock Bs.

Not without a spot on tunes. It's your engine but I wouldn't chance it. It doesn't cost that much to rebuild a bottom end.

make sure u have a fuel rail, fuel pressure reg, walbro fuel pump 255, bigger injectors, and crome is good for now, get the s300 hondata and get a good tune. if u wanna go anymore, at least do arp headstuds!
