Default Still doesn't fit

Ok, Like I said before I have a 96 coupe (automatic), and got an 96 LS engine swap (automatic). I boght the 99 SI rear bracket and it doesn't fit. Maybe because the Tranny is auto. I don't know. But the tranny seems kind of long to me and it doesn't fit in the engine bay. is about half of inch long, so my alternator is hitting the chassins and the tranny too. So, anybody knows about automatic b18b swap? I need help 911

i thought the rear integra auto mount should work- the 99 si mount is only needed when going 5 speed b series. ive seen alot of b series auto swaps with out all that trouble like that link ! i had an h22 auto in my civic with less hassel! lol
