Good Luck!!! ...probably the main thing that you're going to have a frustrating parts is the Oil location..return/inlet...as far as tapping...but it also depends on your kit! which one is it..

the kit that you bought should of come with an installation manual right? But as mentioned up top the most difficult part will most likely be the oil lines to and from the turbo.

Drag, did you have to do any cutting or trimming to any of the fans to get the I/C to fit? If so, is it the one on the driver's side?

no, I actually did not need to cut the fan shroud...only GSR owners do.
however...NONE of the IC piping fit correctly, and I had to CUT ALL OF THEM TO FIT.

what piping did you cut? The piping that goes to the t/c, the t/b or both?

it wasn't that bad though....hacksaw and dremel took care of it...just be sure to take your time, and measure twice.

maybe Drag has done better since then....this was over a year ago.

but if your piping doesn't seem to match up...you know what to do.

Is that the only cutting/manipulating that you did to get the kit on there? Oh, and I know it's hard to remember but do you remember approx. how much you had to cut-off altogether? I'm hoping it's not too much, it's seems that Drag should have done a lot better in the design of this kit from what your telling me.

hmmm I can try to dig up some of my old posts....
it was around 2 inches per pipe er so...

other probs were....DO NOT USE the oil return like drag supplies..it is complete crap. get some quality fittings.

I don't remember any other major problems...make sure you, or someone else knows how to wire a relay for the fuel pump...that one took a while to figure out.

Oh, and I was not aware at the time of install that the downpipe does not include a flange, or way of connecting to the exhaust... I had a flange from a stock exhaust manifold cut, and welded on so that it would bolt up.
