Something isnt balanced, wheels or something in the rack. Does the same rattle happen when the RPMs are up also, or just movement?

its a wheel out of balance maybe bent, and if its been doing that to long you might mess up your tires.

My car did that SAME thing, only above 70...even 65 was Fine. When I put my snow tires on, no more shake...therefore, a wheel was unbalanced in my case.

My friend had a steering wheel wobble on his 86 integ. He needed front brakes so I changed them for him, had the rotors turned, and to my surprise the wobble went away. Warped rotors in his case. You could try resurfacing the rotors, or else my guess is a bent or unbalanced wheel / tire.

Naw, you need an alignment. Same thing happened to me, if you bought your tires at a reputable place they should give you a free alignment every 3,000 miles or so. Go get that done.

I had the same problem with my 93 cx,the alignment was off and it caused my passenger side tire to go bald on the inside corner(where the tire surface curves to the sidewall) I switched fronts and rears and about a week later I was traveling to work doing 70+ when the whole car started to shake fortunately I was close to my exit and I was slowing down but before I could get off the exit the tire exploded and I almost lost control.
My point...Get it aligned and have the wheels checked for balance/uneven wear before you hit the highway doing 65+
Just my .02
