Steering wheel quick release and hub question.
I have been looking into getting an aftermarket wheel setup, and have noticed that with the quick release the steering wheel comes out quite a bit, like three extra inches. I want to keep my wheel as close to the column as possible but still have the quick release feature. Does such a thing exist that is a hub adapter and quick-release all in one piece? and if not what is the slimest setup I can get? I just don't like the aesthetics of the quick release but like the advantages.

What you are looking for is a short hub. You can get Splash short hub or wait for NRG short to be released.
I personally have the Splash short hub with NRG quick release. The position is just like stock.
