Icon2 Steering wheel question

k, this question probably has been asked many times before but i just wanna confirm it. i bought a ITR steering wheel without knowing that it doesn't fit on EK's. So i'm just wondering if i could buy a Momo steering wheel hub for 96-00 Civic to make the steering wheel fit on my EK.

-thx

I'm going to say no, since I would think the OEM wheels all have that splined hub. You could swap the column, but that's kind of a pain. It only takes half an hour or so if you're working slow, but it's more time and money, just for a steering wheel

Unless it looks like a momo or grant style wheel with the holes where a different hub will bolt on, you're S.O.L.

You could always weld it on...

Another, still painful, but not totally unreasonable option would be to cut out the splined hub on the wheel itself and weld back in the one from the 6th Gen Civic. You'll need to make friends with a welder, though.

LOL thx guys! but yeah, it seems too troublesome to put the ITR wheel into a EK, i will probably just sell it and get a aftermarket steering wheel and call it a day. but another question, how much are the ITR non-SRS steering wheel worth? the steering wheel is in decent condition. Again, thx guys!

I would say the ITR non-SRS wheels are worth $100-$180 depending on condition.
At least up here they are that much.
Hope that helps.

good decision then buy a ctr steering wheel instead or go get a aftermarket steering wheel and combo it w/ a quick release imho
