steering wheel hub which is best
i have a cheap one that was in the car when i bought it but it had a personal steering wheel with it. but the hub is cheaply made....the horn doesn't work and its has a coragate plastic piece that wont stay in the right spot.
i want to buy a new hub. and i want a good one.
NRG short
NRG thin
MOMO
Works
and whatever else is out there.
Thanks

I suggest the NRG short/thin. I had the NRG short hub/quick release in my car for almost 3 years, never had an issue. great quality imo, definitely not cheaply made.

If you're gonna get a quick release along with the hub, I recommend getting the NRG thin hub like Ragnar said. The quick release will place the steering wheel closer to you so the thin hub will bring it back down a lil.

Re: steering wheel hub which is best
The type of hub you get will also depend on the type of steering wheel you want to use. The NRG hubs will work with their steering wheels as well as the Sparco and Momo steering wheels. So be sure that the steering wheel you want to use is compatible with the hub you get. They also sell adapters in case your steering wheel does not have a compatible bolt pattern for your hub.
Are you going to get a quick release? I wouldn't if I were you. Save the money. How often are you going to take the wheel off anyway?

The Personal steering wheels use the same bolt pattern as the Nardi steering wheels, so you either need a Personal hub or a Nardi hub.
