Question 1: How do I get off the old rusted to **** bolts I broke off my exhaust, I had to remove the to drop the exhaust down enough for the rack to clear.


Question 2: My bellow boots on both sides are broke right at the end nearest to the outer tie rod. See pic for exact location the part in red is ripped off. Both sides completely are disconnected from the rest of the bellow. Should I replace it or will it be fine?

Question 3: What causes power steering racks to leak? Mine had a HORRIBLE leak from both sides the rack would not hold a bottle of fluid for more than 5 min, it just puked out of the seals where the inner tie rods connected.
