Default State Inspection? How do we get around this thing?

Let me know guys, Us 95 and up are screwed. So no mo pimping in the 99 SI on NC Hwys

I dont get why you wouldnt be able to drive your car on the highway. What is done to your car that doesnt make it carb legal??

Its got a JRSC on it with no Cat and its throwing 3 or 4 codes,so that means no inspect

well you sound ignorant, obviously your gunna fail with no cat, and throwing codes,

also you can get sued selling a vehcile that hasn't previously passed emissions, so either way your gunna have to something to get it up to par or pay someone

your an idiot all you haev to do is put the cat on and it will be fine.. and if anything taking a sc out is not hard at all... i bet those 4 codes are all the 02 sensor in the cat

But is it safe to doubt his intelligence about not having a cat in before emissions and wondering where the codes are from?

There was a guy in the FI forum that passed emissions with no cat. It's in the tune.

If you're running a FMU you're going to have to install a cat and uninstall the SC. That should fix most of your problems.

What codes are you throwing?
