Default Startup sputter problem

when I start up my civic after driving after driving for any time whether 10 mins or a hour.... once I shut off and come back and start up before the engine gets cold (e.g say 5 mins later) the car sputters and I have to rev it out for it to clear up.

If I move off with it sputtering it would flat spot once I have my foot on the accelerator at steady place..... it would flat spot then pick up and take off.

it does it daily.

the motor is a JDM B18C in an EG hatch
