Starting up right after shutdown
My civic has been having this problem, but I never bothered until today.
Whenever it shuts down, I have to wait about two minutes to start it up again. I won't start, the harder I try, the less likely it will start.
Guesses?

Yes, I meant turn the engine off. My video card just broke on me, so I'm on computer terminologies
I changes spark plugs regularly, it has relatively new MSD wires, valve clearance adjusted a year ago. But anyway this problem occurred a while ago until now, nothing has changed.
Cold start is NEVER a problem, starts in 1-2 cranks.

My car does that. I believe you lose fuel pressure or something like that when the car shuts off and is restarted too quickly. Most of the eg generation civics have this problem.
