Starting Problems. In need of some help.
Hey fellas. I need a little help trying to figure out why my Civic has problems trying to start when it's either extremely damp outside or raining. Especiialy when it's raining. It will crank and crank and eventually start, but I hate taking the chance that it wont start one of these times.
I have already checked my spark plugs, wires, and I have replaced the distributor cap. Wires look for the most part okay and the only thing that even looks remotely wet after driving is my speed sensor plug.
If it helps, I own a 95 Civic DX with a 1.5 d series. Nothing fancy under the hood.
Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Ummm it's a long shot but check your air filter. If it's really badly clogged the damp air will seal the deal as it were where when dry at least some air will get by.
