Re: starting problems
people make mistakes sometimes.
i would double check.
the car we have here has spark, starter is good, its getting fuel but no start.
we took the spark plugs out and they were wet with gas. check your plugs and see if they are wet and smell of gas. if they are its possible your engine is flooded, which is causing the car not to start

Re: starting problems
Isn't the stock compression for the 99-00 si's generally are right around 210?
I'm not sure but I just did a quick google.. I think our 97 EX was generally 165 if I remember correctly.
I'm leaning towards "flooded" as well.
