Ok heres the deal put a motor back in a friends si and the wiring under the dash was a wreck, some cut wires, from the alarm and all other crap going on. So we ripped out the viper alarm, and the headlights, and gauges go on, but no warning lights. When ignition is turned, nothing happens, however we can get the motor to crank when 12v is supplied to the black and white wire under the hood, but the car wont tutn over. No fuel is getting to the rail, and no real spark is getting to the coil. The fuel pump isnt making any noise either. Now what the hell is going on? This car has been sitting for a while with no motor in it, and i mean like a year and a half! Any insights on how to check the fuel pump or just anything to try is greatly appreciated!

sounds like you missed a couple relays.
