Default starting issues have searched tons

Hey all I've recently had a b18b1 swapped into my 98hx I've had problems starting since day one it will start jump to 2k and the just fall to 0 if I hit the throttle it bogs and dies faster if I partially hit it repeatedly it will revup but do the same and die. It does this nonstop until the engine warms up after its warm i can turn it off and start it perfectly fine with no issues at all,

I've replaced

Plugs / wires
Iacv from a good working motor
Throttle body with the map and tps from working motor
Fuel pressure regulator

One sensor I see that is not plugged in is the one bolted into the top of the intake manifold just can't fit out what it is.

Also I've been told I should try changing my iat intake air temp sensor or maybe a fuel pump relay?

Any other suggestions I hate having this problem everytime I start my car
when its not warm

CEL codes?

Have you checked the cap, rotor, and ignition timing?

Replace the CEL bulb and pull the codes.

Start by considering all ignition components for any type of misfire problem.
