Starting Issues (94 Civic)
I have a 1994 honda civic ex, 5 speed, bone stock.
When I turn the key over, the car doesn't start. The starter doesn't turn over, and I get no response from the car. Battery is new, and so is the starter. I eliminated the clutch switch as the problem, and don't know what else to do.
I searched the manual for a starter relay but couldn't find anything. I noticed a relay under the hood for the heater motor that was clicking everytime i turned the key to start, so i messed with it a little, cleaned the connections and now i can get the car to start every once in a while.
I'm lost, and any help would be appreciated. Usually I would spend some time under the hood with a multimeter trying to figure it all out but I am out of time and would rather hope that someone here has had a similar issue.
Thanks.

Re: Starting Issues (94 Civic)
test the power cable going to the starter from the battery positive terminal for at least 12 volts, and check the small 1 wire going onto the starter for corrosion,

Re: Starting Issues (94 Civic)
power wire to starer is 12v, and the small wire doesn't have any corrosion, I also cleaned all the terminals and applied dielectric grease to all connections for the starter.
