Starting Issues!!!!!
Ok....My B18b swap in my 94 Ex coupe(EJ1)
will start like nothing if I get a Jump but once
I shut off the car it will not start again.....
I take the battery off to check the alternator
and it's fine......and I tried another battery
I've had laying around and it's the same thing.....
Also when the car is on with my radio on....It will
cut off when I turn on my headlights.......
So If anyone CAN HELP ME OUT PLEASE DO!!!!!
AND THANX IN ADVANCE

Re: Starting Issues!!!!! (EJ1 LS guy)
start with the junction block on the pass fender and make SURE that the B+ wires are secure to the fuse box... then check all the grounds on the engine for corrosion or looseness... you may need to use your multimter and check voltage drops on all the grounds!!!

Re: Starting Issues!!!!!
im thinking your alternator. once the car starts the alternator takes over porwering almost everything while charging your battery. so if thats out then the battery does all the work but it doesnt have much charge.
take your alternator out and take it to autozone to get it tested

I know It's not the alternator cuz once it's started I took off the battery cables and It will stay on no problem......
