Default Starting Delay - Main Relay Issue?

Lately my 93 ex coupe has been having starting issues. When I turn the key to START, there is a delay before the engine turns over. When it does finally turn over, it starts up fine. During the delay, all the accessories are off like normal, but it may take up to 15 seconds to turn over. Does this sound like a main relay issue?

I have noticed that the problem is worse when the weather is cooler. Once the engine is warmed up or it's warm outside, the delay is usually shorter, or none at all.

It has never failed to start after the delay, but I fear that one day it will.

Usually you'll here the relay hum or click rapidly if its going bad... But sometimes when its just clicking its a sign of its still working but not getting enough voltage to operate completely normal... Load test your battery and see if its up to par! Easy place to start..

Now I've noticed that by not pushing the clutch in all the way, but more like 3/4 of the way, I can make the problem completely go away. Tell me how that makes any sense.

Might be the clutch sensor telling the ecu whether or not it's depressed or not.
