Default starters: which will fit a 98 civic dx automatic?
Any 92-00 Civic starter or does it have to be automatic? Or only 96-00? DX only? Which will work??

from my experience, automatic tranny needs auto starter.
You can fit any from 92-00 AUTO car on your 97 auto dx
