I seem to be having issues with my JDM B16 starter and was wondering if a 99-00 SI starter would fit on my 91 dohc, or if i have to use an integra one. also, could the old starter from his d series bolt on? I haven't worked much with starters so I'm trying to figure out which to replace it with. The new motor is a complete change over kit from a JDM 91 B16. Thanks for your help.

I would like to know this as well. Are all b16a starters the same?? Such as the del sol b16a, or the 99-00 b16a3 starter?? I doubt d series and b series starters are the same tho. Anyone know for sure??

Pretty much, they all will bolt on and work though. I usually stay away from ordering parts from the b16 del sol though, unless I goto Honda. Any other place always gets the sohc and dohc del sol mixed up, I know Murrys computers only have the 1.6 sohc vtec engine in there computer.
