i will shortly have up for sale a complete b16a2 into eg swap as i've had it in my car for a month now and am already bored dont get me wrong its much better than the d16 " you cant apreciate the difference the dohc vtec makes over the single overhead cam untill youve owned em both" i am a mechanic done the swap my self and it was **** easy ive also read on here that i can swap two of the b18 motors into here with out changing the wiring harness but what are they and what cars do they come from my car is a 1995 eg hatch esi fitted with b16a2
ive also reaad about th b20 bottom end with my head but dont fancy it to be ohnest, having to put the oil line n is my only worry and i cant find detailed pictures of where to put it. also looked at the k20 swap but cant realy afford it although i am getting temepted

the two motors are, one the b18b/a off of the 92-01 integra ls,rs or gs. the other motor is the b18c1 off of the integra gsr i beleive the years are 94-01. you can also fit the b18c5 or b18c those are off of the integra type r. since you dont want to a ls/vtec or b20/vtec, i would sugest a type r if you have the cash.

both of the posts above me -- all depends on the tune from what I hear....
At OP:
The B18's u read about are the LS motor (B18/b1/b2), the GSR motor (B18c1 or B18c), or the ITR motor (B18c5 or B18c) w/ the wiring harness I believe it jsut has to be the same ODB, the GSR or LS/Vtec's a nice setup from ur B16, but if u want more I would recommend a turbo B16 or turbo LS before u go with an ITR

If you are bored with a B16A then you'll probably be bored with a B18C as well. If you were smart, you'd stop thinking about swaps, and start thinking about turbochargers.

Yeah definately go turbo. I recommend http://www.homemadeturbo.com, although they usually deal with d series since they're cheap bastards...plenty of good info though.
I'm installing these toys hopefully next month Just need a wideband and oil return.
