Start-up Problems
I have a 95 civic EX and my car has problem starting up...every time i turn on the ignition...it makes the starting noise but no luck on the engine...
Is the cam gear should be spinning when i turn on the ignition? it doesn't seem like it's spinning at all...maybe that's the problem
