Default NEED HELP! Start up problem

Hey, i have a del sol with a d15b2 engine and it starts ok. but when i switch it off and try to start it again after about 1minute, it wont start. i leave it about 2 mins more and it will start again normally. is there any problem or its normal?

id have the main relay checked... that fixed the problem on my civic ,sol and rex...
