potential

i wanted to know that if i got my hands onto a front andrear sway bar off an ex or something if i could put it onto my 95 dx coupe. it doesnt have any on there right now. would i need to get new lower control arms off the same ex or whatever car i get it off of. i also would like to know if it would be a good idea to get strut bars even if i dont have sway bars. my body roll is rediculous. any advice about this would be helpful.
