SRS light problem, please help
'97 Honda Civic EX 2-Door
I just recently had both the driver and passenger airbags as well as the airbag module replaced in my Civic. The problem is the body shop could not figure out why the SRS light has remained on. I took it to a mechanic who tried hooking up this handheld computer thing that was supposed to reset the module or something like that, but he could not figure out the problem either. He said that the light should have at least flashed, but because it didn't, he thinks the srs module and the srs light are not communicating.
Any ideas?

what happens when you put the car in loop mode? by jumping the connector over by the passenger side kick panel.

use the search. There was a SRS reset thread not to long ago. Either that or take it to a dealership. Have them see if the control unit is good.
