did you remember to plug it back in when you were putting it back together. usually no horn is the first sign of a bad cable reel.

yeah,either the new reel is bad too(is it used?),or you forgot to plug something back in.does your car have cruise control?was the reel you put in the same?
did you center the reel before putting the steerign wheel back on?
