Squeeking noise at idle and when i turn my car off

Squeeking noise at idle and when i turn my car off
Usually only after driving on longer drives
at idle something in my motor will start to squeek, It doesnt sound like a loose belt. It sounds more like metal on metal contact maybe
And it kinda comes in go, but pretty quickly
When i turn my car of (usally only after longer drives) it will make a squek that slows down like a wheel or pully stopping, Its pretty loud lol it definetly gets people starring at me when i i turn my car off.
Also at idle if i just press the clutch in, when i let it out sometimes that will get the squeeking to start again
Im thinking it has to something with the fact that the power steering was takin out
alternator and timing belt are both pretty tight BTW and show no sign of wear.

sounds just like the throw out bearing on the clutch is dry or rubbing
if you start the car with the clutch pedal in and let it idle for a bit with the pedal still in does it still make noise
