Re: (AllstockSIke)
It could be the master cylinder or slave cylinder possibly starting to go bad on you. Don't worry about it until you know for sure which is going bad (if they even are).

Re: (Tuesdaynightfever)
I had this problem and decided to live with it after lubricating the clutch master cylinder from the pedal side.
But when I took the transmission out, I lubed the piston on the clutch slave where it meets the fork and the sound's been gone ever since. That would most likely be your problem. Not a big deal, although noise=friction=wear so I wouldn't let it get too far along.

this is most of the time cause by the ***** contacting with the shift fork.
what you do is either take apart your tranny and grease/lube down the ***** or take some wd-40 and open the black rubber shift boot and spray straight into where the throw out bearing is. it should fix it right away.
if you still have the problem after that spary the small metal stick near your clutch pedal. look under yoru dash and its a stick comming out of your firewall with a black rubber cover on it, open the rubber cover spray some in there and that should help.
one more thing it could be is your pressure plate going bad.

Re: (lv6l)
theres a spring down by the clutch pedal. it's what causes the sqeeking in my car. it's right inside the cabin. try lubing it or something.

sit inside the car and press the clutch pedal then stand under the hood and put your ear near the tranny while someone presses on the pedal and see if its louder inside or outside then you know which one it is...

Well, i had my dad inspect that squeaking noise too. he lift my car up with the lift and i sat in the car engage'n my clutch and gas. So, when he was under my car while I was engage'n it he heard the noise coming from the tranny area. Found out its my CLUTCH going bad. ITs alot of posibility but you should'n worry about it too much since you're gonna swap into a CTR in a month.
