Squeaking Sound When Braking...

Squeaking Sound When Braking...
Everytime I brake from a fast speed like say 40 kmh it makes this very faint squeaking sound, any suggestions what it may be?

how long has it been since you had the pads and rotors replaced?

Hmm I just bought the car like 2 months ago...so yeah...well if its brakes then might as well change it. Just out of curiousity...why does it make that squeaking sound though?

that squeaking sound is the squealer <- (spelt wrong haha) hitting the rotor, this does that to let you know that your pads are getting too low
