Squeaking noise when turning steering wheel

I have a 99 cx hatchback without power steering. When i turn the steering wheel alittle to the left and right i hear a squeaking noise coming from the front passenger wheel area.Making left, right, and u turns i dont hear anything.I checked cv boots, tie rods, control arms, and ball joints everything is good idk whats the problem. Has anybody had this problem?

Ball joints.

They are not loose or you can't hear them make noise when you jack up the car and turn your wheel but they are probably your problem. Usually the upper but it could be the lower.

I'll change both ball joints and hopefully it will fix the problem. Thanks brah.
