Squeaking noise from shifter.

Default Squeaking noise from shifter.
I have a skunk 2 short shift kit and its been on for about 1 year now. When the car is off or on (more noticable when off) and i move the shifter from 1st to 2nd i hear a low tone squeeking, and it also feels not as smooth. but 2nd to 3rd to 4th to 5th is smooth with no noise. Is there a bearing I could lubricate or something to make this stop? Also what do you reccomend to use as a lubricant? THanks

your release bearing maybe?

every h22a ive dropped had problems with the release beareings duin knwo why and never bother to fixe it
