spun rod bearing

does anyone know what would be that fastest, easiest, sheapest way to fix a spun rod bearing??? i have a b18b bottom end in my car right now and i have a b18a short block sitting in my garage.

no fats and cheap easy way if you want it done right your gonna replace all of them which means TEARDOWN
