Default spun bearing

My 99 civic dx has been making loud rattling noises that seem to increase in intensity with the rev. anyways, i have had some people take a look at it and the general consensus seems to be a spun bearing. what are some options to fix this problem and how much would it cost to have it done. thanks!

Basically you have to rebuild the motor. So price out motors. A good shop will usually rebuild a stock motor for around $1500 plus istallation. The Jasper motors we install usually run about $2500-$3000 installed. That carries a 5year(or is it 7 now?) 75k miles warranty that includes parts and labor.
