Default springs and struts combo or coilovers?

i just bought a cx hatchback a few days ago with 127k in decent condition for $1400. i just figured i'd share with yall cuz i'm pretty happy about the deal i got. anyway, i'm needing a good suspension setup that i'm going to be happy with for a while and just asking for some advice. i'm considering either tein ss coilovers or possibly skunk2 sleeves or maybe springs(the only problem is i dont know what springs to get because the drops from an integra to my gutted civic are going to be a little different and so i might want the adjustability). i'm dropping in a b18b so i'm planning on getting an integra rate setup. anyone with springs ideas that look good would help too cuz i dont want to buy them and then be pissed that its not dropped enough, which will be slightly adjustable if i get them though because i'm getting koni yellows if i do. thanks guys ben

I'd go with either the Tein, or even a Ground Control coilovers with Koni Yellows will work well too.

it all depend on your budget, we could spit suspension set up all day at you, but you have to tell us how much you want to spend on something. We dont know if you want to spend 500 or 2000.

well in the end on my spring/strut combo i'm going to be spending a minimum of like 7 or $800 so its basically a matter of me wanting some performance right now and thats why i was interested in sleeves now and koni yellows later. but if you guys tell me that the ride and quality of true coilovers is worth it, then i will ditch the separate setup idea. but in the end......best setup under $900?

if you are looking for a coilover sleeve go with ground control and a koni yellow. I would only put a true coilover on your car if you do track events, there is no need to drop upwards of 1500 if you arent going to use them for what they are designed for. If you get some gc and koni yellows with some swaybars you will out handle alot of car out there.

well its goin to be run at the strip. i dont know about autocross though. this is going to be my first quick car where i actually care about performance. hah last time around was my accord that was just straight stuntin. yeah i dont think i'm going to need such hardcore suspension though....plus sleeves would save me money right now to save for my swap. thanks for the advice though man

H&R cup kit suspension owns if u get bored replace the springs with a set of ground controls on it and u can adjust it all u want. the H&R cup kit uses the koni adjustable shocks revalved to work with the h&R springs if u got the spring shock combo urself its will cost more.
