which spring is which. front and back .. longer front or shorter for the front
my buddy has a set of suspension all taken apart on his ek. does the longer springs goes in the front and the shorter springs goes in the back.?

The springs with the bigger coils go on the front. 
I just swapped my springs out this past weekend and got it backwards.
