Default Spoon style power mirrors replacing manual mirrors

So I bought spoon style power mirrors to replace my stock manual mirrors. I have the wiring semi-down, but when trying to install them the other day, I realized that the gasket-type piece that sits between the stock mirrors and the door does not fit the new mirrors. What is everyone else doing? running it without a gasket? Or is there a gasket I am missing that I need to buy?

Thanks in advance
