Spoon Sports Lower Front Tie Bar [HELP]

remove the 2 inner lower control arm bolts, put the bar in, replace the bolts to hold the bar in. have the front of the car off the ground and have a friend help if you are not strong enough to move about 50 lbs of weight with one hand.
