Re: (rpared01)
Maybe you should consider a Tanabe exhaust system. Those are made to operate under 95db at all rpm's. For a full exhaust system that is. Maybe you will gain a little bit of power too.

Re: Spoon Exhaust (Oprah's Minge)
Spoon exhaust is not made in-house. Their exhausts are actually manufactured by Invidia of Japan. Skunk2 N1 is the exact same as the Spoon N1, and hundreds of dollars less expensive. I've had mine installed on my car since 2002 with never a problem other than being a bit loud comparitively to other non-N1 designs, for obvious reasons really.

Re: Spoon Exhaust (grandam)
Spoon exhaust and apexi n1 are loud as hell. I got apexi ws II. Sounds awesome!!!
but if you want to wake the neighbors go ahead. I personally wouldn't want to hear that drowning noise on my dd but what ever floats your boat.
Apexi WS II FTW

Re: (pimpinblackcivic)
i love how the op asked about the spoon n1 and then asked about apex n1, and everyone started posting their exhaust setup. my friend has spoon n1 and its hella loud, but probably the best sounding exhaust ive ever heard

^^ That is some great info. I really wish there was a thread that gave information like this. It would be nice to find out where every has the parts produced. Most of the time its the same **** with a differnent paint scheme or decal.

Re: Spoon Exhaust (grandam)
A real Spoon N1 sounds amazing, but I doubt a replica will sound anything like it. Just using the axle-back will help quieten it down though.

Do you have any info to confirm this? I'm not doubting you, I just heard somewhere that Invidia wasn't even a Japanese company.
