I have a B18C1 and was wondering if anyone knew what the torque spec was for attaching the spool valve back to the head. It looks like theirs only 3 bolts holding it on. I do not want to break any bolts off by guessing any help on what the torque spec is would be greatly appreciated. I did a search and could not find it .

WTF??? The Helms says 8.7 ft-lbs

Edit: I feel like an idiot. I misread that as 104 ft-lbs, not in-lbs.

Well lads what should I torque it to 8.7 ft lbs? I'm a little mixed up.

I'm not sure now, I've never converted in-lbs to ft-lbs.

104 in-lbs and 8.7 ft-lbs are the same thing. It's like figuring out how many feet are in 104 inches (104/12 = 8.7 rounded up to the nearest tenth).
