Default Speedometer question

why would my speedometer go up in mph kinda slowly?

it will go up as speed increases and then hesitat a little and then jump from like 20mph to 25mph, then go steady to say 30mph then hesitat and then jump to like 37mph...

any ideas?

i took the speed sensor plug off and plugged it back in, but its still doing it.

Your car is too fast for your speedo. Bump for you.

Does it look like it is sticking on soemthing inside the gauge cluster or is it coming from elsewhere?
